Saturday is Pancake Day at our house! A.J. looks forward to it all week. He says that Daddy is the "master pancake maker"...even better than Julie's Diner...of course that probably has a lot to do with the fact that Daddy's pancakes have chocolate chips in them!

That's funny that Saturday's are pancake day at your house. Saturday and Sundays at our house it's "Daddy's breakfast" which usually consists of either pancakes or bacon and eggs and if he's really generous, both!! They all look forward to the weekends because the rest of the time it's cold cereal from Mom...ha,ha. Carl's out of town until late tonight and he called to say goodnight to the kids. Carissa got on the phone and right away said will you be here for breakfast tomorrow? When he said "Yes" she said can you make bacon and eggs? I laughed....he got on the phone and said "cereal today?" YUP!!! =) It's something they look forward to though!!
Looks yummy! We love pancake SUNDAYS...but lately we've been having DOUGHNUT Sundays...since it is a little more difficult for me to get to the griddle on the stove with this big ol' belly!!! :)
