Life With FOUR

Last weekend we babysat for my niece and nephew, Ella and Iain, while Uncle Sean entered a bodybuilding competition. (He won 2nd place...Congratulations Uncle Sean!) While I was slightly terrified at the thought of caring for FOUR children all weekend, I decided to just go for it. A.J. and Iain has a blast together. They imagined they were every type of super hero known to man...taking turns being the bad guy. Those two have such great imaginations....I love to hear some of the things they come up with. At one point they were "museum guys" and had drawn pictures of monsters to investigate.

Of course, like any other Saturday, Daddy made pancakes. A.J. was excited as usual to eat them....but he said, "Daddy's pancakes taste even better when Iain is here." So cute how much they love each other.

Another highlight of the weekend was the tent that we set up in the basement. All the kids were so excited to play in it. Micah and Iain decided it would be fun to put all of the toys into the tent and "have a party" in it.

My favorite part of the weekend was the opportunity to have a little girl in the house! Ella and I totally bonded. After all, us girls have to stick together. I was sad to see her go!
